#8 What's new?

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!


Another year, another year ticked off of my life. Approaching death closer and closer each day, its only a matter of time the grim reaper is about to rip my soul. Am i ready? I don't think everyone is ever ready to die. But what I hope for is, when my time comes, im in my best suit to meet Him, inshaaAllahu Taala.


Oh well, a new year! Most people finds new year as a square 1. It could be considered as such too, but what I believe is, everyday is a square 1. Everyday is a NEW day for us to start new. Screw the mistakes yesterday, you have a new white page to write on today. As for me, this year is going to be the biggest and perhaps the most important year for me! (yet) I may have a few important years ahead, but as of today, this year is the year. I have so much to anticipate, things to be excited for and I can't wait for all of that to happen.

I'm entering my final year (YAY FINALLY!) and I'll be going for an externship to the United States too! Although both are daunting, but I must say that I am so excited for everything that's going to happen. I pray that He would grant me strength for me to go through it inshaaAllah.

Oh and, my family is going to have a new family member too! After 3 years, another wedding is coming woot woot. I'm glad my eldest brother has finally found his significant other. I pray nothing but happiness for them eternally. And i'm giving my parents a time off for another wedding :p they can enjoy a 5 years break wkwk. (my dad is giving me the hint to not get married zzzz, we'll see how k ayah :p but don't worry i won't disappoint you even if i'm married inshaaAllah i know he has the most expectation in me so its kinda hard too though).


Enough of that.

So!

I made some vows to myself to;


1. Love myself more! - be healthy, be happy.

2. Be grateful and learn from every little things in life.

3. Show my care and love to the people who are important to me.

4. Give more.

5. Focus on the positive side in everything that happened.

6. Give my very best in everything that i do.

7. Increase my steadfastness in faith.
